Cancellation Policy
For the cancellations of domestic and international flights, you will be charged Rs.300 per person per sector and Rs.500 per person per sector respectively; over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply as a standard cancellation charge.
To cancel or modify an existing booking cancelling, you can call us at (+91) 7428928389 or write
us at sales@trippingcube.com.

Rescheduling domestic flights and international flights charges are Rs.300 per person per sector and Rs.500 per person per sector respectively as per standard rescheduling charges by Trippingcube. For no-show on domestic flights, Trippingcube charges Rs.500 per person per
sector as standard no-show charges.

Customers are advised to refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy as well. In some cases the customer might be required to contact the airline directly for cancellation.

Customers are required to make a request for refunds in case of no show or cancellations within 45 days of travel date or hotel check-in date. Any requests made after these 45 days will not be entertained.

Refunds will be credited into the customer’s account within 15-20 days of cancellation. In all payments except card, an NEFT will be processed within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

Customers must note that all refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Trippingcube.com charges its minimal convenience fee on all services at the time of booking and this shall not be refundable in any of the cases.

International Travel:
For international flight bookings we require the following information -
· Passport Number
· Issuing Country
· Date of Birth (DD/MMM/YY)
· Gender
· Expiry date of Passport (DD/MMM/YY)
· Last name/ Surname of traveller
· First name/ Given name of traveller
· Middle name of traveller (if any)

The customer is to carry a valid visa for the country they are visiting or transiting through. Customers can check with the required airline or country embassy for all visa requirements.

Trippingcube reserves the right to add, alter, modify, and withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part without any prior notice.
In case of a dispute with any party, Trippingcube’s decision will be final and binding.
